Brand archetype: The Innocent.
Possible casting: We might need to go outside of the adult community for this one.
A stereotypical wizard with robes and a staff, the Green Wizard surrounds himself with crystals, wood, and other elements of the natural world. He’s an elderly man with a beard, set in his ways, and perhaps a little naive.
Although he’s Kem’s foster father, the Green Wizard treats Kem just like one of the sacrificial animals in whose entrails the Wizard divines the future. The Wizard may apologize, but he’s still going to make the sacrifice. That’s the natural way.
Mara has been the Green Wizard’s nemesis for decades. He thinks that she embodies evil, but he also thinks that the ends justifies the means in order to subdue her. In his twilight years, doubt has only just started to creep into his mind, and, for some reason he can’t define, the Wizard gets uneasy around Kem.
